The people and stories who made both our past and present possible are the heart of this community.
As one of the region’s largest, adaptive reuse projects, we believe in innovation, opportunity, and tradition.
OUR LOCATION
Gibson Mill Market is located at 305 McGill Ave NW in Concord, NC, Cabarrus County; we are approximately 5 minutes from downtown Concord and 30 minutes from Charlotte. We are easily accessible via I-85.

We are people who respect not only the rich tradition of Gibson Mill quality, but also the families who helped this space thrive for generations. We believe the best way to honor their legacy is to create a new, fresh experience that brings back both community and opportunity to a space that made both possible for over 100 years.

We are driven by a deep and wide commitment to innovation, tradition, and sustainability; we are looking for vendors and partners who actively and eagerly practice all three in the process by which they design, create, and serve.
OUR DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Southpaw Investors, owners of Gibson Mill, are developing Gibson Mill Market. The investment group bought Gibson Mill in 2004 and are committed to continue fostering community through their curation and support of local/regional businesses.
