Yoga at High Branch Brewing

Yoga at High Branch Brewing is most Thursdays from 7-8 in our barrel space. Space is limited, so try to come a little early.

$8 a person, which includes the class and a beer/kombucha/cold brew.

Class Info:
We’ve teamed up with Lotus Living Arts Studio Of Concord and their instructors lead the classes each week. Instructors change weekly and have their own teaching styles. Each instructor will provide modifications and challenges as needed. BYOM (bring your own mat)!
