Our story is rooted in family, tradition, and the timeless flavors of Thailand. Over 20 years ago, Som’s parents, new to this country but deeply connected to their heritage, opened their first restaurant in 2000. What began as a way to share the meals they grew up with soon blossomed into three locations across North Carolina, each filled with the aromas, spices, and warmth of Thai culture.

Johnny Roger’s was built from a lifelong passion for great food, family recipes, and genuine hospitality. After more than 40 combined years in the food service industry, Barrett and Sarah Dabbs turned their dream into reality — bringing their beloved family BBQ, gourmet burgers, chicken sandwiches, and homemade flavors to Cabarrus County and beyond.
