FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We’re a short 5-minute drive from Concord, NC’s beautiful, historic downtown, 20 minutes from the Concord Mills and Charlotte Motor Speedway corridor, and only a short 15-minute drive from Interstate 85.

  • Yes, parking is free throughout the property. We have multiple large parking areas available around our campus.

  • Yes, our campus complies with ADA requirements.

  • We’re happy to welcome well-behaved, leashed dogs in certain areas of Gibson Mill.

    ​

    In accordance with North Carolina health code:

    • Dogs are permitted inside The Depot and AutoBarn, provided they are small, well-behaved, and kept on a leash.

    • Dogs are not permitted inside any spaces that contain a kitchen, including Gianni’s Trattoria, Food Hall, Cabarrus Brewing, and The Deli at The Depot.

    That said, well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome throughout all outdoor areas of our campus, including patios attached to establishments that serve food.

    We appreciate your understanding as we work to balance a pet-friendly environment with health and safety regulations. We hope to see you (and your pooch) on our campus soon!

  • Thank you for your interest in hosting an event or party at Gibson Mill! We offer a variety of event spaces across our campus, each with its own unique vibe and the flexibility to comfortably accommodate groups of many sizes. Check out our private events page for all booking details!

  • Because all of our businesses across campus utilize their own choice of Point-of-Sale systems, we are unable to offer a campus-wide Gibson Mill gift card. However, many of our individual businesses - The Depot, Cabarrus Brewing, High Branch Brewing, Luck Factory Games, Iron Axe, most of the tenants in Gibson Mill Market (food hall), etc. do offer gift cards to their particular establishment.

  • Please feel free to visit The Depot's website at: www.depotgibsonmill.com. There you will find the vendor application and guidelines. Please complete the form and email to The Depot manager, Janna, at info@depotgibsonmill.com,  or drop off in person at The Depot. They do not go over rent details until a space is offered. They keep all apps on file for 6 months after that time you would need to resubmit. Their booth turnover is minimal, and their waiting list is quite lengthy.

  • Gibson Mill does not coordinate sponsorships or donations on behalf of business owners. Due to the high volume of these types of requests, Gibson Mill cannot coordinate or commit donations on behalf of our businesses.

  • Check out our event calendar!

  • Food and beverage that is not purchased from Food Hall tenants is not allowed on the property, including birthday cakes.
